There are so many shows on streaming that I wish we could go back to the days before these platforms took over television. And there are some shows I see on streaming that just scream to me, "this should've been on real television". And I'm gonna take a pretty good stab at what networks they should've been aired on.
The Pitt
I mean, Noah Wyle in a medical drama? That screams network television. But with the specific angle of this show, it does work with a more prestige-y network, so I could see this actually being like a Showtime show.
The Bear
It's on the FX on hulu brand, why not just air it on actual FX? Oh wait, they do that sometimes. But it should be an FX proper show.
The Sex Lives of College Girls
I like this show fine, but I think it would actually be a better show if it had a normal 18- or 22-episode network season. It would solve it's pacing issues and give the audience time to really connect with the girls, because that's really what we need with teen/college shows. Oh, and obviously this would be one of The CW's biggest hits.
The Traitors
Cancel The Voice and air this on NBC instead.
The Morning Show
Honestly, this show should be entirely revamped to be a primetime soap, and not trying to be *about something*. And since it should be a primetime soap, it would belong on ABC, and make a new programming block with this and Doctor Odyssey or something.
The Lincoln Lawyer
Now doesn't this show just scream CBS procedural?
The Snoopy Show (And Related Shows/Specials)
This is such a comfort watch for me right now, it's so good. I don't think this iteration of Peanuts belongs on the regular kids networks, I think it'd be good as a PBS show or maybe if one of the 5 broadcast networks wants to have some children's programming. Remember Saturday morning cartoons? Those were good times.
For All Mankind
Oh big time! HBO Sunday night drama. Without a doubt.
Mythic Quest
This is such a great workplace comedy. I think it'd be the HBO comedy that aired in the 10pm time slot.
Shrinking
I had a bit of trouble picking where this would air, and maybe it would the 10:30 pm HBO comedy. HBO does have a great history of the friends/hangout comedy.
Yeah. Put these shows on television!
